LISA KALUSTIAN

Chief Operating Officer

As ePAVE’s chief operating officer, Lisa Kalustian brings more than two decades of experience in  public affairs, policy development and implementation, political and regulatory matters, and legislative advocacy.  An accomplished strategist, Ms. Kalustian has been a trusted advisor to top-level leadership, including Fortune 200 corporate presidents and two California Governors.

While serving in senior policy, press and external affairs positions for California’s leadership, as well as in public affairs consulting, Ms. Kalustian’s broad portfolio has included land use, transportation, environmental, climate change and clean energy issues.

Additional experience includes serving as partner and director of external affairs for Brookhurst Development Corp, a real estate financing, development and consulting firm that is one of the foremost authorities on the full range of alternative project delivery methodologies for public facilities; and vice president of public affairs for the Western Region of Health Net, Inc,

Ms. Kalustian has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California at Los Angeles. She also is a graduate of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs, one of the top public affairs leadership training programs in the country.

Currently, she serves on the boards of directors of the Armenian Assembly of America and the Armenian EyeCare Project.  Previously, she served on the board of Coro Southern California and as a public member on the California Board of Psychology.
